    Summary: Easy to use and mostly intuitive, which are the main things I'm looking for. Nice to have everything in one place.

    Positive: - Overall very easy to use. For the most part, things are where I expect to find them. A lot of info is just one click away.

    - The layout is very convenient. When an item is highlighted, clicking on it opens a side panel showing more information about the item without taking you out of the page. This is very useful, as it gives me access to the info I need without interrupting my workflow.

    - The pricing tool is very easy to use, just drag and drop products.

    - When something is not self-explanatory, there is often a button to show an explanation. Very useful, especially for understanding how various metrics work in the dashboard.

    Negative: - I found the form where you enter customer info confusing.

    - Nice styling overall, but there is a lack of polish in a number places.

    Summary: Not perfect, but the price is right and they're committed to solving all my problems. Seems to be constantly adding new features that are useful to running my moving company.

    - fast estimating
    - lots of reporting options
    - good support
    - listens to feedback and implements that feedback quickly
    - good integrations with Yembo, Nice Job, Hubspot
    - Has the best tools for managing & reporting on multiple cities
    - Good call centre tools
    - Friendly onboarding

    Negative: - Wish the dashboards were a bit more customizable
    - Some screens can be a little busy and there are sometimes more clicks than necessary, but this seems to be improving

    Summary: The platform looked really good and intuitive compared to some of the other interfaces we have investigated. If nothing else make sure to book a demo and get to know the team. Even tho we didn't buy now we expect them to be a major player moving forward. Very happy with the extra advice and conversations that gave us some insight into our own operations and how we might improve before we expand.

    Positive: Really enjoyed meeting the team. The sales process was really informative to the point that our team booked a demo. The platform solved our three major pain points.
    Got lots of extra advice that convinced us to make some changes before moving forward with integrating technology into our company.

    Negative: Due to other circumstances we decided not to pull the trigger. But once we have dealt with our internal issues we will be looking to reconnect and pursue an opportunity to work with them in the future.
